I'm very happy with Simon's work. He was in my house within about 20 minutes after we spoke on the phone. He gave me honest and knowledgeable advice on my doors and locks, and I ended up spending less money than I was expecting. He also changed the lock on my front door to a high security one, and fixed the locks on my UPVC conservatory door. Great guy!

They gave me great advice regarding security for my flat, and changed the lock quickly and gave me also suggestions for another door for which I had some questions. Really professional and polite.

Great service. Easily made an appointment. He turned up exactly on time was quick, efficient, and professional in changing two locks with clear advice on what was needed and the differences between locks. Even tidied up after himself. Excellent I’d use again and recommend highly.

V. friendly and v. reasonable charge. Simon was round in 8 minutes of me calling him at 7pm.

He explained each step as he tried to gain access, ultimately having to lever the door to break the latch (fortunately he was able to save the barrel, meaning I won't have to change the key). He then gave me the option of either him replacing the latch there and then, or him telling me exactly what I needed to buy to be able to do it myself at my own cost.

Couldn't possibly get more reasonable than that. Very grateful.

Requested a call out as the handle on my Upvc door was broken. Wasn’t sure if it was the mechanism, or the handle, and was fearful of there being a big bill.

Simon came out and arrived very promptly, even turning up early. After quickly identifying the problem, he used his initiative to suggest a fix that would save me a lot of money not having to replace the broken handle. The handle was promptly fixed, and it cost me a fraction of what I was expecting.
I found Simon to be very polite and respectful, taking his shoes off before going upstairs to the roof terrace, and cleaning up after the job was complete.

All in all, I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending this trusted tradesman to friends and family.

10/10 - turned up within 10 minutes of me calling when the lock got stuck, leaving me and my baby stranded outside. Replaced the lock, filled the small holes left in the door frame, and swept up all the wood shavings from the drilling. Overall, very professional and friendly service. I would highly recommend.
